| REPEATERS |
SEA ESP1000,
ESP1100 |
| Repeaters receive a mobile's transmitted
voice and data, then simply repeat that information on
another frequency that the mobiles receive. When combined
with other repeaters and repeater controllers, the
mobiles will 'trunk' to different frequencies (repeaters)
when the home repeater is busy. This makes a trunked
system very efficient as all repeaters share the load
equally. |

PORTABLES |
SEA ESP504,
ESP520,
ESP604,

| Mobiles are radios that are installed
into vehicles. Both voice and data are possible depending
on the model. Several options may be programmed via the
Data Manager software in addition to the operating
frequencies and home repeater number. Portables, also
known as hand helds, are convenient for construction
sites, inside buildings, or any other location outside a
vehicle. |

Software |
| Accessories and options include items
such as antennas, battery packs, chargers, speakers, and
programming accessories. SEA's Program Interface Unit (PIU)
provides an interface between the radio and a personal
computer running SEA's Data Manager software. Data
Manager simplifies the task of programming the many
selectable options of SEA's radio products. Using the
PIU, up to nine different 'personalities' may be carried
into the field in order to clone radios without the aid
of a computer. |
